Returns Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition and packaging.

  • The item shows no signs of damage, alteration, or wear.

  • You provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Natural Variations

  • Please note that minerals, crystals, and stone furniture are natural products. Each piece is unique. Minor natural imperfections, internal fractures, or color variations are characteristics of the specimen and are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom orders (including custom-cut stones or specially sourced specimens).

  • Final Sale / Clearance items (clearly marked as such at the time of purchase).

  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at [Email Address] with your order number.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Packaging: Because minerals are fragile, you must ensure the item is securely packed. We recommend using the original packaging and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Item

  • If you receive an item that was damaged during transit or if we sent the wrong specimen, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
