Natural Variations

  • Please note that minerals, crystals, and stone furniture are natural products. Each piece is unique. Minor natural imperfections, internal fractures, or color variations are characteristics of the specimen and are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom orders (including custom-cut stones or specially sourced specimens).

  • Final Sale / Clearance items (clearly marked as such at the time of purchase).

  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

Return Process

  • ALL SALES FINAL. NO RETURNS.

Refunds

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Damaged or Incorrect Item

  • If you receive an item that was damaged during transit or if we sent the wrong specimen, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can assist you with an solution.
